Vacation Bible School (VBS)

Nursery (birth to 3-year-olds)

8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., The McCarty Early Learning Center

The McCarty Early Learning Center is open every Sunday morning providing a safe, secure place where children age 3 months through 3 years learn firsthand about Jesus’ love. The nursery is also open for other church events and classes, usually by RSVP, and is furnished with cribs, tables, chairs and suitable toys and play equipment.

Children’s Chapel (potty trained 3-year-olds through grade 3)

9 and 11 a.m. services (8 and 10 a.m.), McRae-Winston Chapel

Children are invited after the gospel reading to follow the cross from the church to the Chapel to experience music, prayers and a Bible story before returning to their families at the Peace.

Potty trained 3 and 4-year-olds 

Sunday Mornings (September – May), 10–10:50 a.m.

Lively, age-appropriate activities—including games, crafts, and creative play—introduce liturgy based curriculum in various ways. A snack is provided.

Kindergarten and grade 1

A fun and engaging curriculum teaches the Word of God through play, storytime and hands-on activities. A snack is provided.

Grades 2 and 3

Liturgy-based curriculum teaches our children Bible stories in captivating ways each week. A snack is provided.

Breakfast Clubs (Grades 4 and 5)

Sunday Mornings (September – May), 10–10:50 a.m., Hope House

The Breakfast Clubs study the Bible and learn how to apply the lessons to daily life. These classes use a variety of Bible-based curriculums and discuss social issues related to the age group. A snack is provided.
