Youth

St. Mark’s offers many opportunities for youth to discuss the grace of Jesus Christ and welcomes as many students as possible into the conversation.

Episcopal Youth Community (EYC)

Junior high - 5:30-6:45 p.m.
Senior high - 6:15-7:30 p.m.
From 6:15-6:45 p.m. junior and senior high EYC gather together for dinner, fellowship, music and announcements.

EYC is a safe fun place for youth to gather not only for fun games, but to discuss their love for Jesus. Lessons are setup to bring meaningful discussions to this space. Youth also have the opportunity to laugh and "goof" around with their friends outside of a school setting. Eating dinner as a collective group allows for the older kids to be strong role models. The mealtime is also a time for youth to talk about their weekly accomplishments and gather together in song.

Senior high EYC often steps away from games to take a deeper look into their beliefs and daily conflicts as teenagers. This youth-directed discussion enables teens to really seep into their own personal needs.
