St. Marks Episcopal - Jacksonville, FL

Careers

Located in historic Ortega, St. Mark's Episcopal Church is a neighborhood parish blessed with a large and beautiful campus canopied by oak trees within eyesight of the St. Johns River. Since our beginnings in 1922, we've grown to more than 1,500 members with a vision “to be a vibrant and thriving parish where Christ’s loving Spirit radiates to all generations in our community.”

As one of the larger churches in the Diocese of Florida, St. Mark's offers Gospel-centered preaching with both traditional and contemporary worship grounded in the Book of Common Prayer.  By the grace of God, we continue to have a healthy balance of long-time generational members combined with those who are new to the Jacksonville community. We hope you'll join us!

Membership Coordinator | part time | 20 hours per week

The Membership Coordinator will manage the membership database and be responsible for updating all church membership records. This position will also facilitate membership transfers in and out, update the parish register books (baptisms, confirmations, weddings, and burials), and compile information for the annual parochial report.
